What You’ll Do:

  • Tenant Whisperer: Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns with flair.

  • Operational Maestro: Oversee daily operations, ensuring our properties run like a well-oiled machine.

  • Financial Guru: Assist in budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting. Numbers are your friends!

  • Leasing Dynamo: Support leasing activities, from showcasing properties to sealing the deal.

  • Maintenance Maven: Coordinate maintenance requests, ensuring prompt resolutions and happy residents.

What We’re Looking For:

 

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Demonstrated computer skills, in Word, Microsoft 365, etc.

·         Knowledge of property management software (experience with Yardi Voyager is a plus!)

·         Enjoys numbers and financial obligations.

·         Organized and detail-oriented.

·         Energetic, proactive, and ready to make a difference!
